How I receive my payout
Pix in reais in Brazil, Rise outside Brazil, net amount and always to an account in your name.
Once your payout is approved, the payment goes to an account in your name. The method depends on the country of residence in your registration.

If you live in Brazil
The payout is paid by Pix, in reais. The dollar amount is converted at the PTAX rate of the approval date, and the Pix key must belong to an account in your name.
If you live outside Brazil
The payout is paid through Rise, to a verified Rise account in your name. Verification is done by Rise itself. EXL pays on the business day of approval, and Rise's delivery time depends on the country. Rise's fees are borne by you.
Why it is a net amount
You receive your profit split of the amount withdrawn, with the transaction fees and charges deducted. Everything is itemized in your payout request.
Review time
In EXL Funding, EXL reviews each request within 1 business day. If any session in the cycle is under review, the payout waits for that review. Every refusal states the reason.
Only to an account in your name
Payment never goes to another person's account. EXL may ask for an identity document and proof that the receiving account is yours before releasing the payout.
