When to request

You request it in the dashboard on the 5th and 20th of each month, Brasília time. If the day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday, the window moves to the next business day.

Payout rules

  • Payout consistency is measured over the sessions since your last payout: no day can be more than 30% of that period's profit. If it is not met, the payout is released once it is.
  • In the window in which you request a trigger receivable, there is no partial payout.
  • Each payout reduces the profit accumulated on the level and, with it, your progress towards the trigger.
  • You are paid the net amount: transaction fees and charges are itemized in your request.

Example

In the window on the 5th, you have more than US$ 150 of profit available and no session since your last payout was more than 30% of the period's profit. You request any amount you want, from US$ 150 up to the level's trigger, and receive 90% of it. What you withdrew comes off your progress towards the trigger.
