Where to download BlackArrow for Windows, Mac, Linux, web and mobile, how to log in for the first time and what to do if your login doesn't arrive.

BlackArrow is in Downloads, in the EXL dashboard. The installers are the platform's official ones and always bring the latest stable version.

Windows: Installer; for Windows computers
Mac: Apple chip or Intel; choose your Mac's processor
Linux: .deb or .rpm; or install from the terminal
Web: In the browser; nothing to install
Mobile: iPhone and Android; on the App Store and Google Play

First login

Install BlackArrow
Download the version for your system in Downloads, or open BlackArrow Web.

Log in with your credentials
Your BlackArrow login and password arrive in a separate e-mail from the platform, apart from the EXL e-mail. Check your spam folder too.

Follow along at EXL
The rules and progress of each account are in My Accounts.

Which version for Mac?

In the Apple menu, open About This Mac. With an Apple chip, use the arm64 version; with an Intel processor, the x64 version.

If you can't log in

Check your spam folder and your inbox's promotions tabs.
Check in My Accounts whether the account has been released.

Your password is yours alone

EXL will never ask for your password. Don't share your access: letting another person trade your account is prohibited.
