What happens after you buy

After payment, you don't need to ask for anything: the account is set up automatically. Here is the path to your first trade.

   Payment confirmed

   You receive the purchase e-mail with your Rules Sheet: the rules that apply to your account.

2. 2

   Account release

   The account is usually released right away. The maximum is 72 business hours after the payment is confirmed.

3. 3

   Platform access

   You receive the EXL e-mail with the instructions and, separately, an e-mail with your BlackArrow login and password. Check your spam folder too.

4. 4

   Install and trade

   Download BlackArrow from Downloads, in the dashboard, or use the web version. The rules and progress of each account are in My Accounts.

Changed your mind before the release?

Before the account is released, you can cancel within 7 days of the purchase and get a full refund. After the release, the service has started and there is no refund, except in the cases set out in the Terms.

If something is delayed

• If EXL asks for identity verification, the release may wait for your documents.
• Can't find the BlackArrow e-mail? Check your spam folder and your inbox's promotions tabs.
• If the account is not released within 72 business hours, talk to our team on the chat.
