Protected Stop
In Sprint, it makes the Daily Loss Limit pause the account until the next session instead of failing the evaluation.
Your plan's values
In EXL Sprint, hitting the Daily Loss Limit (US$ 1,000 on the 50K) fails the evaluation. With the Protected Stop add-on, the account only pauses until the next session, and you stay in the evaluation.
Who it's for
For traders who want Sprint's price and pace, but would rather a bad day cost only that day, not the whole evaluation.
What changes
- It changes the effect of the daily limit in the evaluation: from failing to pausing until the next session.
- The daily limit amount stays the same: US$ 1,000.
- The Max Loss Limit (US$ 2,000) still applies: hitting it fails the evaluation.
- In the funded account, the daily limit already only pauses, with or without the add-on.
- It is chosen at purchase only and recorded in your Rules Sheet.
Turn on Protected Stop below to see the rule before and after, and the price for the chosen size.
What changes in the plan
No add-ons on: these are the plan's default rules.
Example
On the 50K: in a bad session, the loss reaches US$ 1,000. Without the add-on, the evaluation fails. With Protected Stop, the account pauses and, in the next session, you trade again with the same rules.
