Why it exists
Failing doesn't erase what you've learned. A reset lets you try again right away, for less than a new purchase, while the experience is still fresh.
Who can request it
- A failed Flex or Pro evaluation account.
- Requested within 7 days of the failure.
- Same account holder, same product and same add-ons as the failed account.
Where there is no reset
- On new Sprint purchases. Sprint accounts purchased with a reset keep the rule recorded in the Rules Sheet.
- In the funded account: hitting the Max Loss Limit closes the account.
- In Direct.
- In EXL Career, the reset is different: it only applies to the Challenge, with its own price.
How much it costs
- 60% of what you paid for the plan and add-ons of the failed account.
- It's based on the price you paid, including any campaign discount.
- The Plus platform is not included.
- No coupons.
Turn on the add-ons below to see the reset at today's price for this plan.
What changes in the plan
No add-ons on: these are the plan's default rules.
US$ 41
At today's price for this plan and the add-ons turned on, the reset would cost US$ 41.
The exact amount of your reset is shown in My Accounts and in the failure e-mail.
Example
On EXL Flex 50K: you bought the plan with a rule add-on and the Plus platform. The reset is 60% of what you paid for the plan and the rule add-on. Plus is left out.
How to request it
The reset offer appears in My Accounts and in the failure e-mail. A reset is a new purchase: once paid, you get a new evaluation account with the same rules.
