An evaluation fails for one of the reasons below. The failure e-mail states the reason and the rule that led to it.

The reasons

  • Max Loss Limit hit: the balance touched the floor. On the 50K, the floor starts at US$ 48,000 and rises with record closes.
  • Inactivity: 30 calendar days without trading close the account.
  • Conduct breach: trading against the conduct rules, such as copying another person's trades or hedging between accounts.

These don't fail the account: going over consistency (the target rises), being short on minimum days or positive days (the pass waits) and hitting the daily limit (the account only pauses until the next session).

Now what?

  • You can request a reset within 7 days of the failure, with the same account holder, the same product and the same add-ons.
  • It costs 60% of what you paid for the plan and add-ons (the Plus platform is not included). No coupons.
  • You get a new account with the same rules. There is no limit on resets.

US$ 41

At today's price for this plan and the add-ons turned on, the reset would cost US$ 41.

The exact amount of your reset is shown in My Accounts and in the failure e-mail.

Think it was a mistake?

Contact support and ask for a review. If the error is confirmed, EXL reopens the account or gives you a free reset.
