How to cancel your subscription, what stops being charged and what is not refunded.

You can cancel EXL Career at any time. Cancelling closes the account immediately, stops future charges and does not refund the current month.
How to cancel
Ask our team to cancel on the chat, in real time. Once the cancellation is confirmed, your Career account is closed immediately and the next charge doesn't happen. If you have a trigger receivable, talk to the team before you cancel: the trigger is only paid in a payout window.
What happens
- Future charges stop, including the maintenance monthly fee after you pass.
- The current month is not refunded, not even in part.
- To come back later, you subscribe to the Challenge again.
What about a refund?
Before the account is released, you can cancel within 7 days of the purchase and get a full refund. After release, there is no refund.
Cancelling is not the same as your career ending
If a level's account hits the limit with no Extra Boost available, your career and subscription are closed immediately, with no future charges. In that case, you don't need to cancel.
Example
You pay the US$ 149 monthly fee and cancel halfway through the month. The account is closed on the same day, the next renewal is not charged and the month already paid is not refunded.
