How the monthly fee is charged, in which currency, what changes after you pass and how to cancel.

Plan

EXL Career is a monthly card subscription, renewed automatically until you cancel. At today's price, the monthly fee is US$ 149.

Which currency you pay in

  • Residents of Brazil pay in reais, converted at the PTAX rate of the purchase date. That amount in reais stays fixed on renewals.
  • Residents of other countries pay in US dollars.
  • The currency follows the country of residence in your registration.

After you pass

Once you pass the Challenge, the Challenge monthly fee ends. The account moves to a maintenance monthly fee, shown in the dashboard.

If you hit the limit in the Challenge

The account is blocked until the next renewal. If you prefer, you pay for a Challenge reset (US$ 90) and start again right away.

How to cancel

  • You can cancel at any time by talking to our team on the chat.
  • Cancelling closes your Career account immediately and stops future charges.
  • The current month is not refunded.

When your career ends

If your career ends because you hit a level's limit without an Extra Boost, the subscription is also closed immediately, with no future charges.

Example

You subscribe to EXL Career and pay the US$ 149 monthly fee for the first month. Halfway through the month, you ask to cancel on the chat: the account is closed, the next charge doesn't happen and the month already paid is not refunded.
