Payment methods depend on the plan and on the country of residence in your registration. Checkout only shows the options that apply to your purchase.

When the payment is confirmed

• Pix and card payments are usually confirmed right away.
• A boleto takes longer: confirmation depends on bank clearing.
• The Pix code and the boleto have a payment deadline, shown on screen. Pay within it; if it expires, place a new order.
• Once the payment is confirmed, the account is released, usually right away and within 72 business hours at most.

Several accounts in one payment

In EXL Funding, accounts of the same plan go together in a single payment, within your account limit. Each different plan in the cart is paid separately. Gifts and EXL Career are paid one per order.

Security

• Payments are processed by payment companies. EXL does not store your full card details.
• Only use a payment method in your name. Paying with another person's card or account is prohibited by the Terms.
• Disputing a payment with your bank or card issuer without talking to support first suspends your accounts until it is resolved. If something went wrong, talk to us first.
