Identity verification

Identity verification protects you and the firm: it confirms that the account and the payouts really belong to the account holder. EXL may ask for verification at any time.

What may be requested

• A photo ID, front and back (in Brazil, RG, CNH or passport).
• A selfie holding the document next to your face.
• A recent proof of address.
• Proof that the account receiving your payouts is in your name.
• Other details, when needed to prevent fraud.

How to send them

   Open your Profile

   In the dashboard, go to Profile and open identity verification. Uploads are available to anyone with an active plan.

   Send the documents

   Send sharp photos, with the whole document in the picture. Unreadable documents are rejected.

   Follow the review

   While our team checks it, the verification shows as under review.

What depends on verification

• Account releases may depend on verification.
• Payouts can only be requested once verification is complete.
• Payouts are only paid to an account in your name.

Your registration

• Your registration uses the document of your country of residence: CPF in Brazil; an official ID document elsewhere.
• To sign up, you must be of legal age and have full legal capacity.
• Keep your details true and up to date, including your address.
• Using another person's details, documents or payment methods is prohibited.
