How EXL Career works
A monthly subscription, a Challenge with one main rule and a 12-level career with biweekly payouts.
Your plan's values
EXL Career is a career, not a one-off account. You subscribe, take the Challenge and, once you pass, join a 12-level ladder: the account grows at every level and you withdraw every two weeks, with a 90% profit split.
From start to payout
- 1
Subscription
You subscribe to EXL Career for US$ 149 a month. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- 2
Challenge
You trade a US$ 50,000 account until you reach US$ 3,000 in profit, while meeting the consistency rule.
- 3
Levels
Once you pass, you start on Level 1. Each level is a new account, larger than the one before.
- 4
Level-up
Hit the level's trigger with consistency met, and you move up right away, on any day.
- 5
Payout
In the biweekly windows, you request a payout in the dashboard and receive 90% of the amount withdrawn.
The Challenge rules
- Profit target
- US$ 3,000
- Max Loss Limit
- US$ 2,000
- static: the floor stays fixed at US$ 48,000
- Daily Loss Limit
- US$ 300
- pauses until the next session
- Consistency
- 30%
- of total profit, on your best day
- Max Size
- 2 minis or 20 micros
- combined exposure; 1 mini counts as 10 micros
- Minimum days
- None
- the passing rule is consistency
Consistency is the rule that decides whether you pass: no single day can account for more than this percentage of your total profit. If your best day goes over the limit, the target rises, and the dashboard shows the new target.
Example
On EXL Career: you reach US$ 3,000 in profit, but US$ 1,500 came from a single day. That day is more than 30% of the total, so the target rises to US$ 5,000. You keep trading until you reach the new target, shown in the dashboard.
If you hit the limit in the Challenge
The account is blocked
Hitting the Max Loss Limit in the Challenge blocks the account until your subscription's next renewal. If you don't want to wait, you can pay for a Challenge reset (US$ 90), which restarts the Challenge right away.
In the paid career
- You start on Level 1 and move up automatically, in real time, when you hit each level's trigger.
- On every level, the Max Loss Limit is static and the Daily Loss Limit only pauses the account until the next session.
- Hitting a level's Max Loss Limit ends your career, unless you have an Extra Boost available.
- Once you pass, the Challenge monthly fee ends and the account moves to a maintenance monthly fee, shown in the dashboard.
- The live account (Live) is by invitation only, from Level 4. On Live, you pay for the platform and market data.
No inactivity rule
EXL Career does not close accounts for inactivity. You can have one active Career at a time.
