The 12 levels of EXL Career
Balance, limits, trigger and Max Size for each level, and where your plan starts.
Your plan's values
After the Challenge, your career is a 12-level ladder. Each level has its own account, with its own balance, limits and Max Size. On EXL Career, you start on Level 1.
Level 1
- Balance
- US$ 12,500
- Trigger (and payout cap)
- US$ 500
- Max Loss Limit
- US$ 375
- Daily Loss Limit
- US$ 100
- Max Size
- 5 micros
What each value means
- Balance: the size of the level's account. It grows at every level.
- Max Loss Limit: how much the level's account can lose in total. It is static: the floor stays fixed from the first day of the level and does not rise with profit.
- Daily Loss Limit: the maximum loss in one session. When it is hit, the account pauses until the next session.
- Trigger: the profit that moves you up a level. It is also the cap for each payout on that level.
- Max Size: the maximum exposure open at the same time. 1 mini counts as 10 micros, and you can combine them.
Why levels
The account grows as you prove your consistency. You start with less risk and gain size with every level you clear, without taking a new evaluation.
How you move up
Moving up is automatic and happens in real time: when the realized profit in the level's account hits the trigger and the level's 30% consistency is met, a new account opens on the next level. There is no level-up from Level 12: you keep trading and withdrawing.
Example
On EXL Career: you join on Level 1. Hit the trigger with consistency met, and a new account opens on Level 2, with that level's balance and limits, while the Level 1 trigger becomes receivable.
If you hit a level's limit
What happens
The level's account is closed immediately. With an Extra Boost available, you go back to the previous level in a new account (on Level 1, Level 1 restarts). Without one, your career ends.
