In EXL Sprint, the evaluation has a deadline: 30 calendar days, counted from the account release.

Why it exists

The deadline is what lets Sprint have the lowest price in EXL Funding. It also helps you focus: you know exactly how much time you have and can plan your pace.

How the deadline is counted

  • The days are calendar days: days you don't trade, weekends and holidays count too.
  • The count starts at the account release, not on the first day you trade.
  • The deadline ends at the session close (5 p.m. Chicago time) on the last day. If there is no session that day, it ends at the close of the last session before it.
  • EXL warns you by e-mail when 5 days are left.
The deadline in calendar days

30 days in a row, weekends and holidays included.

Account releaseLast day

Example

Account released on a Monday: 30 calendar days later, the last day falls on a Wednesday, and the deadline ends at that day's session close.

If the deadline runs out

What happens

If the deadline passes without a pass, the account is blocked after the session closes and failed. New Sprint purchases have no reset.

Need more time?

The longer deadline add-on extends the Sprint evaluation deadline. It is chosen at purchase only and recorded in your Rules Sheet. If you'd rather trade with no deadline at all, Flex and Pro have none.
